Hello! I’m Dr. Kalei Ross—a mental health practitioner turned Sensory Wellness Coach and Chocolate Educator. With over 20 years of experience in clinical and neuropsychology, I discovered how deliberately engaging all senses, including the two "hidden senses" Proprioception (Body Awareness) and Vestibular input (Balance & Spatial Orientation), can soothe the nervous system and foster deep calm. Today, I blend brain science with hands‑on practices—like focused chocolate tasting, aromatic wellness routines, and textured grounding exercises—not only in my coaching but also in my own daily routine to reduce stress and amplify well‑being.
