With a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, a background in neuropsychology and sensory wellness, and years of work in the craft chocolate world, I merge behavioral insight with experiential tasting to make reflection simple, approachable, and deeply meaningful—one bite of chocolate at a time.

 

I am the author of the Gourmand award-winning book In Pursuit of Purity: The Paris Chocolate Files and Stories Behind the Bar: The Dominican Republic—both of which blend storytelling, culture, cacao, and human connection. Above all, my greatest joy is being a wife, a mother, and a devoted servant of the Lord.
